My experience here was phenomenal!! For it being my first time the service was absolutely amazing. Everyone there was extremely friendly and very nice. My nail tech Anthony was amazing! He did my nails soo pretty!! They just gained a permanent customer ☺️

They didn't clean up my nails well, they left old paint in there, and my pointing finger nail is evidently crooked. Didn't feel very welcoming and I guess that if you didn't have an appt. the service was very rushed. UPDATE::: Manager called me same day I had service done, he expressed concerns pertaining to my visit; had me come in and corrected all imperfections. The fact that they cared that much about their work and reputation speaks volume. I highly recommend this place!

I love this place they give the greatest Spa manicures honestly one of the best lower leg massages I’ve gotten. They have great customer service, I came in to get my nails done before my engagement photo shoot and being clueless totally chose a color that did not feel right. They were kind enough to redo my nails and gave me a great suggestion and they looked great for the shoot. I’m grateful for their guidance and willingness. I can’t thank them enough. 2nd photo is the night I got engaged also done at Viva. I am going back to get my nails done before the engagement party!
